To process your refund, you will need to fill up the “Refund Form” - Click here.

1. Make sure the return item is attached to Poney tag & plastic bag.

2. Fill in the refund form and email it to Customer Service to get a free pre-paid return shipping label. 

3. Follow the instructions to print and attach the return label on your return package.

3. Mail back / Drop off at any of these authorised locations listed here. 

*Any returned items without completing Return Form will not be entertained.
*Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and tape your package securely.
